Casey is his name and mixology is his game. As the bar manager at Barrio on Capitol Hill, Casey has the freedom to do what it’s obvious he loves, and that’s make some kick ass drinks.
He invited me and my friends back for another round (or 5), and god damn if he didn’t hook us up again! He’s putting together a new drink menu for the bar and he wanted to give us a sneak peek sip.
Round after round of the most amazing, surprising, and deliciously potent cocktails and anyone would sing his praises, right? Well go find out! I recommend telling him what you usually like to drink and then giving him free reign to whip up something you never even knew was possible.

I wish I could have gotten him to hold still for just half a second, but this kid never quits! I swear he doesn’t look like Sloth from Goonies, he’s quite a handsome guy. Go see for yourself, he works weekends at Barrio.
